This policy explains what information SiteRise ("we", "us") collects when you visit siterise.co.za or engage us for website work, and what we do with it. It's written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
When you contact us via the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you send us — typically your name, business name, phone number or email address, and whatever you write in your message. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that identify you personally on this site.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the work you've hired us to do. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 5 years for tax and legal purposes, then deleted.
Your rights (POPIA)
South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email siterise.co.za@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
